Welcome to MayiStay™, the premier platform for hospitality property owners of all types, whether apartment complexes or RV parks. My name is James Hampton, and I built MayiStay because I got tired of being the last one to know.

Every property owner has a story — a guest who left a unit destroyed, a tenant who disappeared owing three months of rent, a renter who charmed their way into a glowing booking profile while their actual history told a very different story. One tenant actually adopted 13 cats into her apartment because she could not stand to see them homeless — an obvious violation of the lease that cost us thousands to correct. The problem was never a lack of information. It was that the information existed — scattered across platforms, trapped in the memories of other property owners who had no way to share what they knew.

Why MayiStay?

MayiStay exists to change that. Not for one type of property, and not for one platform — for all of us. Every property owner who contributes to this database makes it more valuable for every other owner in the community. That's not a feature. That's the whole point.

Because credit scores don't show who respects your property. Income statements don't show who leaves peace or chaos behind.

MayiStay is built by a landlord, for landlords, across apartments, RV parks, short-term rentals, mobile home communities, self storage and more. It helps us:

• Identify respectful renters and guests, before they arrive
